Hello everyone and welcome to another month at the Sanctuary.

The start to the new year has been very busy and it has been wonderful to see so many old and new faces attending meditation classes, workshops and private sessions.  There have been many new clients flying in from all around the world to experience what the Sanctary has to offer and it is our intent to bring in more of the authentic Tantric teachings of Kaula and Mishra into practice and consciousness.

I am continually in awe of the beautiful people that attend the Sanctuary and this year in particularly I have noticed how many people are genuinely seeking peace, clarity and a deeper understanding of self in the great journey we all call life.

It is only through regular practices of Tantra, Pranayama, (Breath Control), Meditation and Yoga that we can delve deeper into the abyss of our shadow side allowing the light, our true nature to shine brightly.  This is the true path of Tantra - The path to Self Realisation.

I have seen so many people particularly this year absolutely saturating themselves in knowledge, workshops and healings.  It is true, we are seekers by nature yet for most of us we seek too much outside ourselves.  The saturation of workshops and spiritual healing will eventually over stimulate the energy centre known as Solar Plexus or Manipura Chakra (energy centre) accentuating old habits, and co-dependent emotions that can date back as early childhood.   This can be one of the reasons that many people continue to create the 'same old same old' being stuck in a pattern of old negative and repetitive patterns.  Seeking knowledge is an integral part of the journey but the key is to keep everything in balance.

Through Tantric practice and especially 'stillness' and JUST BEING in regular practices of meditation, yoga and mindfulness of ourselves in all totality, whilst being the observer of our own play, we learn to assimilate energy from the heart and crown centre which is the direct access point of light or source however you may think of this energy to be.  Light is wisdom and light is unconditional love.  To truly find that place, that oneness within ourselves awakens that light in our beloved creating esoteric experiences of euphoric lovemaking, connection and divine merging.  In other words, 'The unity of Shiva and Shakti'.

In other news, our last meditation group gathered at South Beach Fremantle at Sunset and it was such a beautiful space to meditate outdoors and be one with nature.  The weather was spectacular and our group certainly caught the eye of some very curious folk.   Many thanks to all who attended and especially to Jason our new practitioner for playing the amazing didgeridoo, Anne-Charlotte for playing the drums and Rachael for playing the Crystal Tibetan Bell.  Sound vibration is so healing and all who attended thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I am endeavoring to take advantage of the warm weather we are having by facilitating a few more meditation evenings outdoors, the next one being at Point Walter on the 8^th February.  Please remember that everyone is welcome and no experience in Tantra is necessary. click here for further details.  We would love to see you there.

I decided to establish a men's group as a safe place for men to meet, talk, discuss any issues or topics and also as a place to meet mingle exchange views ideas etc  that is away from work, loved ones family etc.

HOW IT DOES WORK/WHAT HAPPENS?

Meets are self directed which means whatever comes up comes up in discussions. As a facilitator I assist in holding the space and seeing that boundaries are respected and anyone who wants to talk has a space to do so. If there are particular topics of interest then by all means with consensus we can pursue them. Most importantly it's a place where men can support each other.

ABOUT ME:

 I am a single Dad of four wonderful children, who works full time in the holistic field. I have qualifications In Life coaching, Voice Dialogue and Tantra and work professionally from home and as a psychic/medium at the Crystal dolphin in Mandurah.

Hello everyone and a very warm welcome to 2012!

I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a beautiful, exciting and abundant New Year. 

I am really looking forward to 2012.  Last year was a very turbulent year for me on so many levels but I am grateful for the lessons, experience and knowledge gained but also thankful to be leaving it behind.  I have taken many months off to rest, BE, love, study, travel, laugh, cry and nurture myself and my family and I can honestly say it has been bliss!  

We all need a little bit of TLC every now again and I do hope you were able to take some well deserved time out during the Christmas break to nurture body mind and spirit.  2012 is the year for prosperity, giving, creativity, and letting go of the old.  We are all human and all of us have made mistakes, we can't look back only forward.  The key to self love is forgiveness of the past and acceptance of the now.

This year the Sanctuary will be going through a process of transformation to incorporate additional practices and teaching into the spirituality of Mishra Tantra the heart devotion to the divine feminine (creative principle of the Universe).  Whilst a few Kaula sexual practices will remain the same, I feel humanity is moving forward into a new direction of spirituality and wisdom.  There is so much more out there and so much more to the practice of Tantra.  Tantra is not just about sex, it is a divine connection to Santi (Spiritual Peace).

As I have taken alot of time out lately it has given me an opportunity to further continue my studies in Mishra Tantra as well as the commencement of a Counselling Degree.  Most of this year I will be concentrating on study, workshops and retreats including hosting some amazing International Guest Speakers who will be introduced in upcoming newsletters.

In other news, there are some fabulous new Retreats coming up this year including a One Day Singles Retreat and a Couple's Refresher Retreat, both held at the magnificient Willow Pond Reception Centre in Canningvale.  Willow Pond is surrounded by beautiful Zen Gardens and is the perfect tranquil place in which to explore Tantra.  There is also a Valentines Day Special Couple's Massage Workshop and we also we have three new amazing Practitioners joining us and you can read their profiles further on in the newsletter.

My origins are from Canada but I have been in Australia for almost two years now.  I moved here because of my instant connection to the land. I've taken my time here for meditation, exploring who I am, and surprisingly, connecting into my Native American heritage. I've spent eight months living in an Ashram as a spiritual student. Through diligent and passionate study, I am learning what Tantra really is; which is why I am thrilled to be joining the Sanctuary as it emerges into the way of Mishra Tantra! Joining sexuality and spirituality, Mishra Tantra is truly about opening our hearts and abiding as unconditional love.

My journey with Tantra has taught me that my vulnerability and openness allows a deep and genuine connection between myself and my lover, my friends and my clients. Tantra has been an invaluable teaching and has had such a beautiful impact on every facet of my life. The awareness of my body, my true self, and femininity leaves me walking this earth in an entirely different way. I feel alive, radiant and light. I am becoming a Tantrika to help unlock this euphoria in all the seekers around me.

I believe it is time to bring our attention and awareness into spaces that are initially uncomfortable and even frightening for us so we can allow healing and liberation. Tantra is a way to come back to who we are as unburdened, open and loving beings. As a Tantrika, I look forward to embracing a unique partnership with each client and allowing each session to flow as it needs to.

Introducing: Jason

Originally from New Zealand, my life has blessed me with a deep connection to the primal life energy and strength which lies at the heart of my homeland. Over the course of many adventures in nature, connecting with the raw powerful forests and deep cool glacier fed lakes; I have developed an appreciation of the peace and energy that reflects in a life truly enjoyed. This has lead me along a path of discovery, encountering many teachers and learning everything I can about awareness and energy along the way. My path, from before my first Reiki attunement, through learning Pranic healing and Vipassana meditation retreats has lead me to the practise of Tantra.

I intend to provide a positive experience of the masculine, offering strength, love and joy into the lives of all the people I interact with. It is my desire to share with you the knowledge and experience I have gained along my path. It is my purpose to bring learning, nurturing and healing through my ability to listen and be present, so that you can also experience the joy and freedom of life.

As  a Tantra practitioner my mission is to assist individuals and couples to evolve, transform, discover and grow. At the corner stone of my belief is that to be intimate with oneself and know oneself is a key to greater abundance in life emotionally, physically, financially and spiritually. For me, Tantra allows examination of my own beliefs, conditioning and values allowing greater depth and intimacy within. Tantra is a beautiful way to quieten one's mind and just be and feel without expectation.

Tantra as a practice provides a unique space for safety and openness to explore and importantly feel through many layers of life and beyond the ego. As a healer, Tantra is also a celebration of my own steps forward in life and whether you cry or laugh or experience a range of different emotions you will feel cared for and respected and gain a greater awareness of self whilst in a  sacred space with me.

My qualifications include a Diploma in Tantra, Business degree in Marketing, Diploma of Professional Coaching, Voice Dialogue Facilitation and Behavioural Safety Coaching.  In recent years I have worked in the mining industry as a life coach and workshop facilitator and work professionally as a Psychic/Medium at the Crystal Dolphin in Mandurah and privately from home.

Hello and welcome to another exciting month at the Sanctuary.

As I sit down at my computer to start writing the November issue of the Sanctuary's Newsletter, I am struck with the reality that Christmas is just around the corner and another year has gone by in the blink of an eye.

The challenges, events and misperceptions of Tantra in 2011 have inspired me to go deeper into the practices I embody and teach. 2012 will bring in the dawn of a brand new consciousness within the teachings of the Sanctuary. For the past 6 years I have been focused on the ancient KAULA Tantra which concentrates on external rituals and practices only, for example Tantra Massage. Kaula Tantra is known as the left and right hand path of Tantra but within this path there is another school of Tantra which is known as MISHRA, meaning external and internal in other words 'mixed'.

Mishra Tantra focuses more on energy from the heart centre known as 'Anahata' purifying the body, breath and mind for awakening of the spiritual energy called kundalini. For those of you familiar with the Hindu Tantra, the principles of Shiva (masculine) and Shakti (feminine) have a big part to play in our entire cosmos.

Shiva is a static FIXED aspect of consciousness, meaning the UNIVERSE in TOTALITY. Shakti is the active, fluid or CONSTANT CHANGING of consciousness. For example she manifests outwardly as kundalini, chakras, the mind, senses, personality and body.

In 2012 we will be embarking more on the teachings of Mishra Tantra in classroom type settings as the vibration of the new energy is catapulting many people into an awakening or realization that not only is life incredibly fast paced but for many very stressful and confusing. Mishra Tantra will bring a sense of calmness and oneness to the spirit, a sense or belonging, more balance and equilibrium within self, rejuvenation and healing and a higher connection with source (the light).

I am extremely humble and grateful to my new profound spiritual teacher that has come into my life to show me this very exciting new path and I look forward very much to sharing this new found wisdom and knowledge with you all when the time is right.

So stay tuned for the dawn of the New Sanctuary including our New Name, Building and Healing Modalities.  It's going to be massive!

Women's Sacred Practices

Classes are commencing at the Sanctuary for women who wish to deepen and or awaken their Succulent, Radiant, and Luscious Goddess. These classes will be an ongoing program that will guide you through the instructions and practices from the Sanctuary's new CD for women including deep exploration of sacred meditation and advanced practices using the Jade Egg. No experience in Tantra is necessary. This is a beautiful space conducted within safe and healthy boundaries for women to connect to their feminine spirit.

This workshop has been designed by the Sanctuary to give couples the opportunity to explore the ancient tantric practice of TOUCH to connect pleasure, through play letting go of sexual inhibitions and surrendering into SEXUAL FREEDOM.

Hi and welcome to the latest news at the Sanctuary.

 The beautiful sunny month of October (my birthday month Yippee!) has arrived and Christmas is fast approaching.  The last term school holidays are here and I for one can't believe how fast this year has sped by.  My eldest son will graduate in a few weeks and as I reflect on the years gone by, it's hard to believe that our children grow up so fast!  My son has been attending school at an AFL Academy for the past 5 years and will be venturing out into a new world to study Sports Science and professional AFL.  With his battle of depression finally coming to an end, it's a breath of fresh air for him to find the confidence to step into his life in full totality.  It is wonderful to see so many opportunities available for children these days to enhance their gifts and seek the career of their dreams.  Achieving is all about 'BELIEVING'!

The Sanctuary was recently blessed with an incredible FIRE BLESSING CEREMONY conducted by the amazing Shaman Adlan and his lovely wife Inka.  The fire was spectacular thanks to our amazing fire keeper Nick.  Many people thought the ceremony had been cancelled due to the rain but we pressed on regardless.  As it turned out the rain left us alone for the entire evening and the fire radiated a warmth and loving to all that were in her presence, this was a sacred time to ponder and reflect on the magnificence of our earth mother GAIA and our intent to bring 'positive creative new energy' into our consciousness.  A big heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and helped contribute to such a spectacular night.  Many thanks also must go to Adlan, Inka, Ann-Charlotte, Alice, Danny, Jeremy and Lisa for the great pic.

In other news, I was recently very honored to be a Guest Speaker on  Spiritual Tantra at "The Gathering" proudly held by Witchy Poo's Creations in Chidlow.  Jane Fitzgerald, the founder of Witchy Poo's along with her dedicated crew, created an amazing two day event which included Sacred Drumming, One Tribe and so many talented guest speakers in all areas of healing modalities.  The weekend was such a huge success that this event will be held again on the 10th and 11^th December titled "The Celebration".  So don't miss out, details will be posted in the November Newsletter.

The beautiful spring month of September is finally here and what a joyous energy she brings.  The green and luscious surroundings of the Sanctuary are an enticing enchantment for the magnificent bird life.  The 'yoni' 'lingam' garden that was planted when the new building of the Sanctuary was first established last year is now blooming in full force.  It is a very special time of the year with chi energy bountiful and abundant.

The Sanctuary has recently been gifted with a new addition to her beautiful surroundings.  A magnificent giant Buddha Water Feature!  My heartfelt appreciation and thanks go to five amazing and special Shakti in my life, Lisa, Leah, Dyane, Hillary and Lisa.  Thank you so much ladies for your continual love, support and inspiration.

I am very proud of how the Sanctuary has grown over the years from the highlights to the trials and tribulations, judgments and challenges faced along the way; the Sanctuary continues to rise from strength to strength within compassion and love.   

In recent news the creation of Tantric Fantasy Massages has become explosive and taken Australia by storm.  With our receptionist company now reporting receiving over 800 calls a month and the rise in International and Over East clientele we are having to take appointments 1 to 2 weeks in advance.  The reason for the high demand is the services offered at the Sanctuary are exceptional in quality and dedication and based in the teachings of authentic Tantra.  We do not believe in '1 hour' Tantra massages.  In 7 years of teaching this beautiful art I believe it's impossible to create a deep reprieve and connection with anyone in this short time frame therefore our sessions offered are from 2 to 2.5 hours with no additional cost.  Fantasy Massages are now Trade Marked to protect the ideas and contents of these sessions.

These sessions have been designed as an introduction to Tantric practice which includes the essential tantric pranayama breathing, microcosmic orbit, grounding and moving ching (sexual energy).  Every massage session has been intricately designed over many months based on visual 'themes' and the senses for profound pleasure, healing and rejuvenation.  A beautiful experience to let go of the world and just be......

Lastly, we are in the process of planning an exceptionally exciting 2012.  I am heading to Hong Kong in February to further my studies with my Whitetigress teacher,  Master Lim and the Sanctuary will be facilitating an amazing Qi Gong/Tantra Retreat in Bali in March, Oz Tantra will be coming to Perth in late April and the great African Tantra Tour will take place in May and that's just for starters!  I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank my amazing team, Dyane, Leah and Kris for their dedication, love and courage to walk this challenging path, also to Donna our Administration Manager and Lisa our Lounge Moderator.
