Frequently asked questions about Tantra

  1. Is Tantra for men only or can women learn and practice too?
  2. I have had a Tantra session, thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot from the skills taught. I am keen to practice with my partner but have noticed my partner is not as keen as myself to explore Tantra in depth. This is starting to make me feel very frustrated and I’m not sure what to do.
  3. I have the opposite problem, I find it takes me such a long time to ejaculate especially the older I get and my wife gets frustrated thinking I don’t find her attractive enough otherwise I would have an orgasm straight away. How do I tell her it’s not that simple, I can’t orgasm in five minutes and help her to understand it’s not her? It’s beginning to worry me every time we make love.
  4. I am on medication and have difficulty getting an erection; I also suffer from premature ejaculation. Can Tantra help?

  1. Is Tantra for men only or can women learn and practice too?

Absolutely! Tantra will help you awaken your ‘inner goddess’ the divine feminine, sacredness and joy of being a woman. Learn skills to improve your relationship with your man, erotic massage to teach him that lovemaking is not always about ‘sex’, improve your orgasmic ability, learn to be in touch with your own body, explore, love and cherish it, become more ‘grounded’ by learning to truly ‘let go and be in the moment’, learn the techniques of strengthening the pc muscle and the amazing difference it will bring to your love life. These skills and more will help you to teach him what ‘women really want’ and to appreciate the sacredness and beauty of the ‘goddess within’.

The best approach I have found is to have an open and honest communication with your partner on how you are feeling. Also ask your partner why they are reluctant to explore Tantra with you. Perhaps is could be something as simple as they don’t understand the concept of Tantra or they may feel a lot of expectation to ‘perform’ is expected of them. When we want something so much, frustration will inevitably start to set in so it’s important to communicate on all levels and to learn to be more patient, understanding and considerate. Even if your partner is not as keen as yourself to explore Tantra, you can still incorporate the skills taught and bring more love and pleasure into your love life and relationship.

The more we focus on something the more that focus becomes our reality. In other words during lovemaking it will start to become your experience every time that when you make love it will take you a long time to ejaculate, this then becomes your focus, your reality. Once again communication is the key, reassure your partner of your feelings and love for her and most importantly learn to be in the moment and let go of any expectations. It really doesn’t matter whether you orgasm or not. It’s both your perception of lovemaking that you have to ‘ejaculate’. In ancient times many Great Kings would have many lovers and these Kings would live to old ages. How then did they satisfy all these women? The answer is simple ‘Whole Body Orgasm’. The concept of this is to have longer lasting sex (to ride the waves of ecstasy over and over) to eventually experience full body orgasm without ejaculating. These Great Kings believed that by ejaculating, a man would lose his precious energy so by practicing Full Body Orgasm they were able to satisfy many lovers in one night and experience orgasms that were not only extremely powerful but left them feeling healed and energised.

  4. I am on medication and have difficulty getting an erection; I also suffer from premature ejaculation. Can Tantra help?

Definitely! With regular practice of the exercises taught in the sessions, you will start to see a significant improvement. Every individual is unique in their own way therefore for some, a marked improvement maybe in as little as 2 weeks, others make take longer. The important thing to remember is whatever is happening for you is right for you at that time. Please note: When starting any new program, it is always advisable to seek medical advice first.
