Tantra private sessions for men are designed to help you have knowledge, understanding and techniques for sacred union, sacred relationships and abundant energy and health. You don't have to be religious to practice tantra, infact tantra is not a religion but simply put a 'way of life'. The sessions I have created are for men of all ages whether in a relationship or single and homework and self discipline is an integral part of the sessions to achieve the maximum benefits taught. There is no sexual intercourse of any kind in the sessions offered at the Sanctuary as they have been designed and created for educational purposes only. The Sanctuary of Tantra teaches from a holistic viewpoint and that sexual energy is not just pleasurable but empowering and replenishing the body with abundant 'chi' life force energy. People who practice Tantra radiate from within. People who practice Tantra become extraordinary and amazing lovers!
Quite often in relationships there is the element of great sex but the relationship itself is lacking in other components or sometimes the relationship is great but the sex is not so great or even nonexistent. Tantra helps bring balance back to all areas of our relationship from the physical to the emotional and to the spiritual. Tantra emanates from 'within' to 'make love' you have to 'become love' to learn how to love and to open to giving, receiving and surroundering.
A normal orgasm generates from the genital region and feels like bliss but is gone in a few seconds. Tantra teaches you the art of 'internal orgasms' and ejaculatory control so that sexual energy floods the entire body with waves of sexual bliss that lasts for long periods of time hence energizing every cell and organ in the body. What is An Mo?
An Mo is an ancient pressing and rubbing technique for relaxing and strengthening Muscles and Joints. During the massage, heat and movement of qi (life force energy) increases as well as blood flow which stimulates sexual energy (ching) which then moves and flows through the muscles and joints causing the spirit (Shen) to awaken. The body is nurtured and energised during An Mo and it is an experience like no other.
An Mo is one of the most healing, sensual, nurturing and beautiful experiences we can give to our body, mind and spirit. Focusing on the pleasurable and healing aspects of our senses. The skin is our biggest stimuli, the mind our biggest aphrodisiac, therefore all of our five senses are used, awakened and heightened in Tantric Practice.
