Meditation Classes for 2010

FORRESTFIELD

  • Wednesday 1st September and 15th September 7.15pm to 9.15pm (Fortnightly)
  • Forrestfield Hall, Cnr Hale Road and Anderson Road, Forrestfield
  • Cost: $10 per person

All welcome, no previous experience in Tantric practice is required.

Please bring a pillow or cushion, a yoga mat, blanket and water.

Tantric meditation empowers and releases the fire energy (sexual energy) through the use of visualization techniques and breath bringing vitality and clarity of peace of mind.

Deep relaxation is an essential ingredient to the components of Tantric teachings, letting go and being at one with Universal Energy. These classes teach vital techniques to preserve and cultivate "chi" energy, an energy derived from sun, air, food and water that is essential for abundant health, energy, and more powerful orgasms.  We also focus on balancing and clearing the chakras (energy centres) of the body gently working through blocks in the Muladhara (base) chakra and Swadhisthana (sex) chakra.

Held every fortnight, these sessions are open to couples, women and men.
