What you will learn in this Workshop:

• The history and fundamental principles of Tantra
  What is Tantra? The Art and Spiritual Concept of Sacred Sex for Women, Explanation of Red Tantra, White Tantra and the White Tigress.
• The concept and history of ‘the Goddess’
  The word ‘Goddess’ is so often misunderstood but in actual fact it is not an ego facet but rather the spiritual connection to the Shakti energy (which is Goddess energy). Every single woman on this planet embodies the goddess energy but the true power of the goddess can lay dormant until we awaken to who we really are. The history of the goddess throughout the ages such as Aphrodite, Inanna, Artemis and Kali are fascinating not to mention intriguing. Women have been doctrinated and sexually repressed for decades and this workshop teaches you how to unleash your inner goddess and empower and heal your body, mind and spirit and embrace your sexuality.
• Women's Sacred Meditation and the Tantric Breath
  In Tantric practices we learn to become totally in the moment with ourselves and our partner, to just be and let go of all outside thoughts and expectations and surrender to pleasure and healing energy. The tantric breath and women's sacred meditation, helps keep us focused, centred in the moment, strengthens the hara (life force energy centre) and moves sexual energy through the entire body so sex becomes making love, pleasure becomes ecstasy.   

   

  

   

• Women’s sexuality and the power of orgasmic energy refered to as "Ambrosia" Female Ejaculation
  Did you know that a woman’s orgasm actually heals her body? Did you also know that when a woman orgasms she becomes empowered (energized) whereas a man loses energy when he orgasms. In this section we look at the power of orgasmic energy through the YONI (tantric terminology for vagina) and the JEWEL/BLISS SPOT (clitoris) and SACRED/GODDESS SPOT (the g spot). Women have nine levels of orgasmic energy before they reach their true Shakti peak (Ambrosia - Female Ejaculation) but most men only know how to take a woman to level four. This section will show you how to teach yourself and your partner the nine levels of Shakti orgasmic energy and help him become a more understanding and better lover. Communication is vital in a healthy relationship (without it it’s like going horse riding without the horse!) and men just like women appreciate their partners honesty in building awareness and confidence that they are pleasuring their partner to the best of their ability. Orgasmic energy not only brings us pleasure but it is healing and energizing and we can take this healing with us out into our world, not just into our relationships, but in our work, family and friends, in fact every facet of our life is touched by the beauty and wonder of Tantra.
• Techniques to satisfy your partner on all levels
  Every woman wants to be an extraordinary lover and bring more depth, intimacy and love back into their relationship. Sex is only one small component of Tantric teachings, it encompasses so much more through intimacy, touch, love, trust, communication, giving and receiving, learning to be in the moment and surrendering to pleasure for pleasures sake. In this section we journey through tantric techniques to bring more intimacy and closeness back into your relationship. In Tantra the terminology for a man’s penis is called a LINGAM which means ‘wand of light’. This section will teach you different moves and strokes to do on his LINGAM that will pleasure him into ecstasy, help him to hold onto his sexual energy longer, open his heart centre and create a beautiful, intimate sacred space along with the joys and delights of aphrodisiacs and the ancient rituals of tantric practice.
• ‘Men are from Mars….Women are from Venus’
  Why are men so different from women? We explore the spiritual and energetic components for the reasons men are so different from women, hence this section shows you how to teach your partner what women really want on all levels, physically, emotionally and spiritually and to have a new understanding of the polarity between male and female energy and the history of Shiva and Shakti - The God/Goddess energy.
• Grounding
• Grounding creates core strength and helps one become more 'present' in our day to day world.  Grounding also strengthens and balances the base Chakra known as Muldahara. This Chakra is associated with 'survival' and governs our feelings on money, shelter, food, clothing and sexual energy.
• White Deer and Ovarian Palace Breathing
• Techniques to move and balance female sexual energy.  The White Deer stimulates natural hormones and prepares the body for whole body orgasm.  It is also known to help with PMS, Fibroids and many common women's ailments.  The Ovarian Palace breathing is a technique that slows down and eventually stops mensturation by circulating sexual energy through the microcosmic orbit.  A woman loses sexual energy through mensturation where the eggs and the uterine lining are evacuated whilst a man will lose his sexual energy through ejaculation of sperm.  Sexual energy is ching energy and this vital life force energy can be preserved through the practice of Ovarian Breathing.  Please note:  It is not advisable to practice this technique is your are trying to conceive or whilst you are mensturating.
• Jade Eggs
• An introduction to the 'Secret of the Goddess'.  Jade Eggs are an ancient goddess secret dating back 1000's of years.  The eggs come in different sizes and are made out of Jade and Lapis Lazuli stone.  Jade is a green luminous stone that is highly valued in the Chinese Civilization.  Lapis Lazuli a blue stone and is refered to as the 'Goddess Stone'.  It awakens the third eye Chakra known as 'Ajna'.  The egg is inserted into the yoni and special techniques and exercises are usedt to strengthen the yoni creating dextrity, healthy sexual organs, increased sensitivity leading to heightened states of experiencing electrifying multiple orgasms, ambrosia (female ejaculation),  understanding your yoni and her creative power, incontinence and other female pelvic and genital conditions and so much more.  Please note:  This is an introduction only and the complete Jade Egg exercises are taught in the Advanced Women's Workshop. 
• The ‘love muscle’
  The ‘love muscle’, also known as the pubococcygeus or ‘pc muscle’, is found in both sexes and stretches from the pubic bone in front to the coccyx (tail-bone), forming the floor of the pelvic cavity and supporting the internal organs. A well-developed pc muscle enhances sex and orgasms and helps reduce urinary incontinence. In this section we look at the benefits of having a strong pc muscle in Tantric lovemaking, increasing the sensitivity to orgasmic energy.  Please note:  This is also covered in the Jade Egg work.
